As the director of MBSR Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, I, Sathya Ranjan Shetty, embarked on a journey that began in Kundapur, Udupi District, where at the age of 19, I ventured into the dynamic realm of the hotel industry. Over the course of approximately 10 years, I honed my skills, gained invaluable experience, and developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of the hospitality sector. Drawing upon this foundation, I transitioned into the realm of real estate, where I have dedicated the past 15 years to crafting exceptional developments that leave a lasting impact on the landscape. With a portfolio boasting around 10 projects, each spanning landmark expanses of more than 50 acres, our commitment to excellence shines through in every endeavor.
